What began as a small counter in Saraimeer has grown into the neighbourhood's most trusted name in traditional mithai — but the principles have never changed: fresh ingredients, in-house preparation, and the same uncompromising care that went into the very first batch of sweets.
Every morning begins before sunrise. The khoya is fresh, the chhena is hand-set, and nothing passes over the counter that hasn't been made the way it always has been — by hand, in this kitchen, by people who have been doing it for decades.
Breakfast starts at 8:30 with hot Poori Sabji and Kulhad Lassi. The sweets counter is stocked by mid-morning. By afternoon, the snacks are fresh from the kadhai. Come as a regular, stay for decades.
